Our returns policy lasts 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for an exchange. We do not offer refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in original condition: The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging required: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
• Do not return to manufacturer: Items should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Return Fees
• Rebox fee: A $25 reboxing fee will apply if the original box is damaged or has writing on it.
• Set-Ups: Set ups are non-refundable if encryption has already been performed on the terminal.
• Original shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds
Items returned in a condition that is not original, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a depreciation fee. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the condition of the item upon return.
Same-Day Shipping on Most Orders
We ship from our offices in New York City. In some cases we can have your order shipped directly from the Manufacuter. Orders with new products received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time typically ship the same business day via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number.
What affects your shipping timeline:
- Product type: New equipment ships faster than refurbished units
- Order Complexity: Standard orders ship same day; customizations, or set ups add 1 business day
- Order Time: Orders before 4pm EST ship same day; after 4pm EST ships next business day
- Weekends?Holidays: Orders received Saturday-Sunday ship Monday
